A comical act of squeezing ones nut sack so that ones testicles extrude out of the top of their fist thus appearing like ET in a headlock. Usually shown to some unsuspecting person.
Kory: "Have you ever seen ET in a Headlock?"
Ballz: "Ahhh No."
