The term describes a person who doesn't let people live in peace, likes turning everything into a political argument for the heck of it. ECOIs are people with an unsolicited determination to constantly show frustration in the social media, through their own posts, or by commenting on somebody else's to aggressively get their point noticed, no matter how bitchy they'll appear to be. They disrespect everyone's opinions over any subject, are narcissistic in nature, and hate being intelligently overpowered. They're forever butthurt in nature, and triggered in life for no apperant reason.
