Dunning-Poe is when someone is too simple-minded to understand that a post/meme/statement online is, in fact, satire. Like Poe's Law, the reader is confused, but in this case, it is because of their lack of intelligence, not the medium. They won't know this, of course, because of the Dunning-Kruger effect which states someone needs to be intelligent enough to understand a topic thoroughly before they can understand their relatively low expertise on the same subject.
