A dunce cap is a hat you can’t remove from you characters head in Grand Theft Auto 5 Online, it will be removed when you are I longer a bad sport or not in a bad sport lobby (how you get the cap in the first place) you will sometimes see someone with a dunce cap in a clean player lobby they have that because they did an outfit glitch to keep it with the outfit they had on in the bad sport lobby.
