A word used to describe a girl that is considered offensively ugly to the entire male population. Upon seeing such a female, a man or party of males may yell "DOHM" to pronounce such un-godly ugliness.
Male 1: Do you know fat fanny pack girl?
Male 2: Yeh, she's so fuckin ugly
Male 1: Look! There she is!
Male 1 and 2 (in unison): DOHM!!!!
Male 2: Yeh, she's so fuckin ugly
