A commonly occurring disease a person has when they believe they are jacked or ripped, and they really aren't. It's usually seen in preteens who try to act tough. Often times, short and skinny guys tend to have this syndrome as seen in the tight "muscle" shirts that they wear. Currently the only cure is their own embarrassment.
