adj; 1) describes an object or situation that is extremely difficult to get around in or to find your way through; a person that is very difficult to deal with; 2) something or someone that is lame or stupid
1) This is a dick-arse parking lot! (as in - you can hardly drive and move around in it - like a dick in an arse)
