In modern Japanese, deredere means exhausted lovestruck, (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsundere) or just plain lazing about.

Short for deredere (デレデレ), the counterpart of tsuntsun (ツンツン). Usually, but not always in reference to anime or manga.
