The Current supposed state of most Millenials and Gen Z, Many of these people, ranging from as Young as 18 to As old as 25 Claim to be Depressed or Suffering from Loneliness or Anxiety, most of which is caused by building up unrealistic Hopes and having them Shattered into a Million Pieces, their constant use of phones or Using Memes as a Sense of Humor causes their "Depression" To become worse, Many Gen Zs use Depression as a Byword for not getting what they wanted, or having a Terrible life caused by their own Misfortune and Stupidity, The Advice for "Depression" Is to get out into fresh air, walk about a bit and try and Watch Society go by for a While, This should remove a case of Depression, another Alternative is a Slap around the Face and told to "Get your Shit Wired"
