A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

When somebody uses the term "deer" or any other redneck term, any redneck hearing has 5 (or more) orgasms at once. This produces a sound much like a muscle spasm and may produce saliva of the mouth. Sometimes the redneck will get mad, and kidney punch you, in which case respond with a kidney block.
