David Burtka is best known as Neil Patrick Harris' fiancé. He is multi talented kind of like his partner, he can sing, act, dance, cook and he's a dad. Most of his time is spent at home fathering his twins, Harper and Gideon, but he played Scooter ok how I met your mother and was in Harold and Kumar A Very 3d Christmas as Neil's drug dealer.
