He also recorded on Porno For Pyros album God's Good Urge on the song Freeway. A truely remarkable musician with forceful guitar riffs and moving lyrics.

Then he put out a solo album about his pain and suffering with personal issues and a recovered heroin addiction called Trust No One with my favorite song Slow Motion Sickness. He had an MTV show with Carmen Electra and then Jane's Addiction was re-formed with the album Strays but then broke up again. I don't know of Dave's current status.
