A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

Dick Wet Mission; (Pronounced "D.W.M") - Going out on a mission with the aim of getting your dick wet, usually to a club or bar, but can also be used to describe a lads holidays or other such events.
Boy 1: "What's the plan for tonight lad?"
Boy 2: "Going town on a full scale DWM, you keen?"

The acronym for "driving while Mexican", a joke phrase commonly used to satirize the profiling stereotype/reputation of law enforcement in rich caucasian (and right wing) cities and suburbs.
