A twist off of DTF, DTO is slang for "down to oral" for when you are in the mood to get down but not get it in.

Damn Why does CNN always have to avoid the facts and only show stuff that supports thier narrative? Ex. like that DTO: BLM burning down buildings, taking over parts of cities, raping and killing innocent people and calling it mostly peaceful protesting SMH
