A DSB is a shortened word for the phrase 'dry, salty, bitch.' Whether someone is a DSB can be determined by how much someone has of the three personality traits, 'dry,' 'salty' and 'bitch.' The phrase can also simply a term used to describe someone, or, it can also be defined as a disease someone has that is extremely hard to cure.
