A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

Distributed pattern matirial, so technicly any sort of printed fabric, but its really used to discribe camoflage.

Dicks Per Minute - the number of dicks able to be placed within the mouth of said man/women in succession while under one minute of time. Is a test of endurence, stamina, and DPM abiity.
