Quite possibly the greatest insult acronym ever. Stands for Dirty Pirate Hooker Cum Dumpster. This phrase can be used against any female one considers dirty, slutty, hookeresque, confused, loves to be poked, or borderline retarded. If DPH is an insult then DPHCD is a super insult. This phrase must be used with extreme caution so long as said female has never heard of the urban dictionary. Salud!
