Excessive restrictions on General Aviation flight within 60 Nautical Miles of DC enacted temporarily after 9/11, then made permanent at the end of the Bush Administration. A useless bureaucratic circle jerk that inconveniences GA pilots while doing little to make us safer from terrorism.
