Short for 'Cool With You?'. Also short for 'Is that cool with you?' Usually said when you're trying to own someone, so finish off with a casual 'CWY? kbye'. In other words, it means Shut the fuck up.
Girl 1: "Omg you wear fake hair bahahaha, freakin' slut!"
Girl 2: "Yep I wear fake hair. Problem? Also, I'm not a slut. Now if you excuse me, I'm logging off. CWY? bye bitch'.
