A manager that is a total CUNT! An authoritative figure that yells, insults, and says inappropriate things. When a worker is doing a good job, the Cuntager will make them feel like a "boochie" (a good for nothing lazy piece of shit). They love cats for some reason and like to go by the name Cat Pan when they are not acting like total Cunts.
