Urban Dictionary: Cry Face

The state your face is in right before you cry, just after you've cried, or when you almost cried.

Friend 1: Yeah, that was a sad movie. Hey, did you cry?

Friend 2: No! But, I did get a cry face.

Does not have the skills to pay the bills & has to resort to playing the "crying face" for sympathy.

I cant keep up with my mortgage repayments. I know I'll do the crying face for the local rag.
