Crotch Rat /kräCH rat/

A child/young person/the rat born of one's crotch

Crotch Rat can refer to a child or young person of any age, race, or gender, and can be used to insult both parent and child by suggesting that:
1. The child is a rat; a pest, annoyance, or irritation.
2. Said rat was produced by the crotch of it's parents, thus making them at fault.

The safeguarding of Earth and other worlds from biological cross-contamination (i.e. billionaires with too much time on their hands).
