Dick Cringer

When something so awkward or strange is said or done that it causes a slight discomfort in male genitalia. It makes you shake and is often felt like you have to get rid of something that has crawled on your body. It makes you cringe, the epicenter being your penis/testicals.

Doctor - "Your friend is lucky that he didn't die from the crash. Drunk driving is dangerous."

Friend - "Yea, I'll say. Why is his face bandaged?"

Doctor - "Oh, one of his eyelids tore off and fell into his mouth during the crash. We will perform reconstructive surgery soon."

Friend - *Cringes and shakes* "Uhhhhhhg!! What a dick cringer!!"

Derived from the words cringe and binger a cringer is when somebody does a mass about of cringe in a continuous length of time normally abusing the amount of cringe they use. It can also be used as a noun to describe somebody who often goes off on a cringer.
