Cousineau complex is a psychological defense mechanism that compensates for lack of talent or skill. It is best seen as devoting an obscene amount of time to an activity one is not good at in an attempt, but never to become good.

A person who doesn't realize they are transgender yet, or is in denial; an undeveloped transgender person. When they realize, it's referred to as the "egg cracking."
