It means to grab a coffee and chill with your friends and or partner, but it is also a code for sex. When you ask someone to "Cotch n Coffee" it will have to depend on the circumstances so there will be a different meaning for it.
Circumstance 1:
Dave: Do you wanna cotch 'n' coffee?
Anne: Yeah ill come round yours in a bit
