It is meant to pacify all recently attained financial hardships brought on by the recent COVID-19 (Corona/Rona) virus outbreak. This check is sufficiently accepted by most Americans as an end-all to all current and foreseeable financial hardships due to the outbreak. It is similarly coveted as much as an income-tax return as it can also be miss-appropriately spent as one.

A cultural and aesthetic mind-state that prioritizes making money, even as an “underground” or “radical” creator. The work isn’t made for money, but it’s the money that matters the most.
