When looking up cooperation, I found "the definition does not exist yet" which made me realize, there IS no cooperation on the internet...

Anybody trying to force someone or a group of people to do something they want is of course going to tell people they got cooperation from everybody else.
He/she knew that more people would do what he/she wanted them to by saying that he/she was getting cooperation from everybody else (or that their was no resistance to his/her plan).
