A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

Very primped and always kept up on appearances. A consuela is great in bed and not afraid to show off her body or try new crazy things. Usually of Spanish decent, but not always. An opposite of a consuela would be a woady.
