This is the type of guy that can get a nice girl but still wants to fuck around. He will text you first and lead you on (even for months), just to fuck with girls feelings. He'll make you feel like he really cares about you by not immediately trying to hookup, wanting to "get to know you" first. This guy knows how to get girls and legitimately thinks that what he's doing is okay.
