The act of a person performing oral sex on a male. The person performing the oral sex on the male must swallow a small bag of coke. One end of a string is to be tied to the small coke bag, the other end is to be tied to the base of the male's penis whom is recieving the oral sex. When the male that is recieving the oral sex is about to ejaculate, he pulls out far enough to remove the coke bag and make a popping sound, ejaculates on the person's throat while snorting the bag of coke.
