when a situation occurs where the amount of males in one location exceeds the limit of comfort for any non-homosexual.

an event (such as a gathering or a party) where the ratio of attendence of men over women is very high. Cockfestation, or more commonly refered to as a cockfest, can be determined as having a minimum ratio of 2:1 (men to women).
