The members of Cloud District are based in New York and may be found touring at/or below the legal speed limit in a Big Red Van, stopping occasionally to yell about their feelings, death, and Magic The Gathering. They startle easy so approach with care, but they are friendly creatures who often have free earplugs in their merchbox for those with ear-holes in need.
