Closetplay is cosplay using items that one has in one’s closet — the costume generally approximates a specific character but might not be completely accurate, because the articles of clothing involved are for everyday wear.

A form of cosplay where one dresses up as a character people won't recognize, such as an oc or fancharacter. Not done very often because it's not easily recognized or very popular.
