Philly slang for a bloody or fat lip. The term refers to the similarity in color of ones lips after eating a cherry water ice, to that of a bloody or fat/red lip after a fight.
Watch what you say out your mouth because I might go in it. I'll give a nigga a cherry water ice, fast.
