Ceszar is the type of guy who keeps his stuff stashed for later. He can acquire plenty of stuff before letting any of it go to waste. He is very good at keeping a supply and he knows how much he needs. But rarely does anyone ever know how much he has, or if he has anything at all. He enjoys messing with people and sometimes he acts tougher than he is. He loves nothing more than being able to win a fight using his intelligence and wit. Girls love how polite he is but most often choose to rely on him as a friend. Not to say that he is a simp, but he doesn’t tell them the truth, he would rather let them talk his ear off.
