A term, mostly used by twitter to insure civil judgement and civil punishment actions to insure that a individual that has done something wrong (in there eyes) they go to twitter just to ruin said persons internet status and or popularity. Mostly due to racism and or something satirical or comical.

The term soft people use against someone on social media when they dislike them for something they said or did trying to make them irrelevant or not important.

As in It's Never Going To Happen, or when something is irreverent to you, usually used on the app called Live.me
