A phrase that is commonly used when ordering an acquaintance to refrain from any frantic behavior, using an image of calming one's internal bucket.
Person #1: "Oh my god, I don't know how I'm going to pay for my bills, child support, and not to mention my tuition for community college!!! What the hell am I supposed to do?!"
Person #2: "Dude, calm your bucket."
Person #1: "... What?!"
