A "California Sidewinder" is when you punch a man in the stomach, and while they are lurched over, you grab their testicles, pull down very hard, and squeeze tightly, with intent to maim or kill.
Last night I got into a bar fight, dude thought he had me but once I whipped out the California Sidewinder, he was limping away like a broken man.
