On a crowded sidewalk, she just stopped dead in her tracks, with no thought for anyone around or behind her, to answer her cell phone. What a COTUS!

He spent 15 minutes at the drive thru window, just chatting away, not the least bit concerned with those of us who only have an hour for lunch. He's suffering from a serious COTUS.
