The male form of Butterface. A butterface is a girl on which everything looks nice "but her face (butterface)". Because no clever play on words exists for males fitting this criteria, a boy with a nice body, but unfortunate face, is referred to as a butterface boy. Cute huh?
Jane is a complete butterface. She has such a nice body, but her face is tragic. But seriously, you should see her boyfriend- He's built like an abercrombie model, but his face looks like he fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch. He's a butterface boy.
