An insult meaning a Dyke who probably has a 'bush down there' meaning alot of pubic hair. While this phrase is mostly used towards women, many people find it necessary to use it towards men. It can also be used towards a person whom is just being an asshole or unreasonable.
Katie: Lizz is being such a bush dyke these days.
Hannah: I know! Like can't she take a razor to that George Bush already?
