In the real world, bubblegum is a delicious candy, fully enjoyed by chewing until the sugary sweet flavor has diminished to nothing. Then, said candy is to be either spit out into an appropriate receptacle for trash and the like, or stuck under a chair, desk, table, or other object that has an underside. Usually comes in a pack. Can come in many varieties of flavor, texture, and sugar content. Can also be used to help one quit smoking (a nasty habit) or to whiten one's teeth. The "bubble" prefix is intended to imply that bubbles can be blown from the gum after it has been chewed for an adequate amount of time, most likely used to entice children into chewing bubblegum, giving them yet another way to annoy those around them.

Ambitious sexual practice involving the stretching of one's nutsack across a partner's mouth while they blow hard enough for bubbles to appear through the scrotal membrane.
My scrotum frequently resembles something fresh off the hubba bubba production line after your Mother has been bubblegumming me to ecstasy.

In address to scrotum grip positions, "the bubblegum" is defined as a cockringed, underhanded grasp of the nuts and sack, however with balls nestled comfortably in the palm of the hand and thus out of sight. The excess scrotum skin overflowing from the round opening between the thumb and index finger in the "ok" or "agreement" hand signal make "the bubblegum".
The excess skin takes the semblance of a chewed piece of bubblegum. Often cited as a derivative of "the brain" and a distant relative to "the batwing"

a code word for al-c-hall, used in the Snoop jam, Gin and Juice. Good one college campuses in dorms when you can get yelled at or arrested for drinking. RA's can't come in the room if you call it bubblegum.

Bubblegum Bass (sometimes called PC music, bubblebass, post-ringtone, hyper pop or bubblegum badass) is a style of Electronic Dance Music that originated in the early 2010s. It takes Pop music and amplifies its cuteness and femininity to extreme levels, often pitching the vocals upward and warping the rhythm through a frenzied UK Bass and Wonky filter. The production uses bouncy, plastic-sounding synths and further draws from a variety of club sounds, including Electro House, Balearic Beat, Trance, Footwork, and Bubblegum Dance.
SOPHIE and A. G. Cook are the two best known producers in this genre; the latter producer's label PC Music is the label most associated with the genre. A disorienting post-internet aesthetic exemplified by DIS Magazine also shapes the style of Bubblegum Bass both sonically and visually, though DIS's output is not exclusively centered on Bubblegum Bass.

Popular blog, Gorilla vs. Bear, had 'bubblegum bass' single 'Keri Baby' by A. G. Cook as their #1 song of 2014.
