The act of peeking through a neighbor or residents' windows or doors, while looking as timidly, YET FRIGHTENINGLY, as creepy as possible. The braver does this in hopes to show his blatant disregard for boundaries and personal space, in order to seduce the female, and take her back to his hovel for coitus and dairy products.
