A phrase coined by people (and usually associated with the BNP) who are fed up of Britain becoming more and more politically correct, or identifying failing aspects of society caused by the government, such as education or the legal system.
"Did you know you can't sing baa baa black sheep anymore, it's baa baa rainbow sheep, that's broken Britain for ya!"
"Have you seen how much the university tuition fees have gone up this year? Broken Britain!"
