A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

Briant is a guy with the biggest heart. He’s sweet, caring, incredibly intelligent, funny, and all around amazing. Although he can shy, he super funny. He’s also really really cute. Any way who gets to meet briant is simply blessed. Anyone who gets to spend time with him is overfilled with jubilance
