A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

It is said when Brétúró wont pay the grafikus or the washingmachine price. Not even the house rent. You can you use on a lot of online server. It used as an insult.
