Jim: it must be BOWL O'CLOCK!
Steve: Bowl O'Clock it is!

That wonderful time of day where it becomes necessary to pack up a fat bowl. Usually performed After some sort of activity (Work, class, homework, snowboarding etc.)

After a long day at work..
Steve: Yo man what time is it?
Jim: Why it's Bowl O'Clock of course!
Steve: Bowl O'Clock it is! Pack that shit!
