A person who continues to play Minecraft 1.8 Bountiful Update due to disliking or stubborn to not adapt to the new combat system presented in 1.9 Combat Update. Bountiful Holdouts as a whole are a fringe group within the Minecraft community.

Countless of times the Bountiful Holdouts have express their opinions of such change and offered ideas to add a new system, a gamerule or just to revert back to 1.8's system. However they're very hypocritical when presented to alternatives that allows the old combat system into new updates in the game such: plugins, command blocks, mods, and datapacks (+1.13). One notable datapack that allows this is VelVoxel Raptor's Block Hitting & Spam Clicking.

Bountiful Holdouts are also heavily obedient to Jeb's Law.
