More than a year between sexual relations, with anyone else.

Someone who is possessed by clout chasing. The original human is now gone and a demonic entity that feeds on clout is all that is left. An empty shell with no control of their actions, forced to blindly react to situations they think will bring them attention.

A formerly promiscuous persons commitment to not have sex (again) until marriage. The commitment usually lasts about a week at which point they go to a bar and become a drunken (man)whore and indiscriminantly throw themselves at the opposite sex. The change of heart is usually brought about through feelings of guilt or shame from past failed relationships.

Someone in denial. Usually too stupid to realize it's a moot point.

Born-again as in reborn. Virgin as in a pure and chaste individual.

1. A young woman, who has recently had a child & due to pregnancy and child birth has abstained from sexual relations, is classed as a born again virgin!

2. A person who constantly lies about the state of their Virginity, on an almost daily basis.

3. In some countries a surical procedure is performed to repair the Womans hymen, so as to be like a virgin again.
This is often done so the Woman can "Loose her Virginity to her new husband, or to hid the fact that she has had sex, as in some countries sex before marriage is frowned upon.

Doctor;- No worries, You can be a Born Again Virgin after a short procedure, let me book you in.
Woman:- My Fiancee will be so pleased to pop my cherry!

For a girl, it would be someone that has made a commitment to give up sexual intercourse and eventually their hymen will regenerate. At that point a girl can be considered a born again virgin. Even though they have remained abstinent for a long period of time, they have still experienced sex with a man and have had someone elses dick in them making them tainted goods. Having said that they are much better than a lot of the filthy whores that are among us or live in my dorm for that matter.

For a guy, it is more along the lines of someone that decides to stop being such a man whore and has a change in values.
