Similar to Bullys, a booli is someone who will pretend that they are nice and friendly but when you least expect it they will strike, and attack you, and make you cry every time.

The combination of a woman's boobs and her belly...aka Booly. There are 3 classes of Booly's.
Class A: The boobs rest on the belly but are clearly defined.
Class B: You can kind of see he boobs, but it looks like a lumpy belly.
Class C: You can't tell where the boobs end and the belly begins.
